Jasmin Ulrik

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Jas is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science/Bachelor of Commerce (Sports Management) in 2012 and returning to Deakin University to complete a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021.


Jas is passionate about health and well-being and having the benefits of exercise being accessible for everyone. Jas worked as a tennis coach during her undergraduate degree before starting a career in Events and Partnerships at Tennis Australia then Lion Nathan, she became an Exercise Physiologist to combine her worldly skills to help people through the effects of exercise and give back to the community.

Jas can assist inform clients how to appropriately and effectively exercise to manage acute and chronic conditions, and improve their function for long term results whilst having some fun. Jas believes exercise is medicine and can help everyone feel better physically and mentally. 

​

Jas loves the great outdoors. When Jas isn’t at work you can find her at the beach walking her dog, surfing, bush walking or road tripping around Australia.
