Move Better, Feel Stronger with Exercise Physiology

Through My Aged Care, you may be eligible for subsidised sessions with an Exercise Physiologist – a qualified professional who creates personalised programs to:

  • Boost strength, balance & fitness

  • Manage pain and chronic illness

  • Reduce falls & injury risk

  • Improve day-to-day energy and confidence

How to Get Started

  1. Contact My Aged Care
    Visit myagedcare.gov.au or call 1800 200 422

  2. Book an Assessment
    A trained assessor will visit you to understand your health goals and eligibility.

  3. Get Your Plan
    Based on your needs, you’ll receive a customised care plan – which may include exercise physiology.

  4. Start Moving with GRC
    Once approved, choose us as your provider and start your journey to better health.
