Strength Class - Level 3

Following a thorough initial assessment, a tailored exercise program is developed to suit your specific rehabilitation or fitness goals. These programs are completed independently in a supportive, small group setting and are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). You’ll have access to a wide range of equipment, including resistance machines, free weights, aerobic gear, and balance tools. This is an ideal option for those seeking a structured, goal-focused approach to improving health and function.
