GROUP CLASSES

Strength Class - Level 3
Following a thorough initial assessment, a tailored exercise program is developed to suit your specific rehabilitation or fitness goals. These programs are completed independently in a supportive, small group setting and are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). You’ll have access to a wide range of equipment, including resistance machines, free weights, aerobic gear, and balance tools. This is an ideal option for those seeking a structured, goal-focused approach to improving health and function.

Strong & Steady Class - Level 2
Our Strong and Steady classes are designed to support full-body health through a dynamic mix of balance, strength, mobility, and cardiovascular exercises. Delivered in a circuit-style format, these sessions are ideal for improving physical confidence, enhancing overall wellbeing, and supporting healthy, independent movement.

Balance Basics Class - Level 1
Balance Basics is our entry-level balance class, designed to build confidence and stability in a safe, supportive environment. The class focuses on foundational balance exercises, with added elements of strength and gentle cardiovascular training. Exercises are completed as a group, primarily in a seated position, making it an ideal starting point for those new to exercise or looking to improve their balance and coordination.

Multiple Sclerosis Class
Exercise is a proven way to help manage Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our MS classes are designed specifically for clients who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. An individualised program is prescribed following an Exercise Physiology initial assessment. The exercise program is specific to your goals and physical ability, with the opportunity to progress within a safe environment. These classes are run by Exercise Physiologist Jacquie.

Pilates 2:1 Class
Clinical Reformer Pilates is a great exercise alternative. Our 2:1 clinical reformer pilates classes utilise equipment including the pilates reformer, pilates ring, cadillac and wunda chair. Pilates exercises are prescribed based on your goals and physical ability. Clinical reformer classes are held at our Belmont Newcomb clinic.
