Erin Veugelers

Accredited Senior Exercise Physiologist

Erin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science with Honours in 2013 at the University of Ballarat. Her research involved investigating training interventions to improve running performance. Following on from this, she completed a one-year exercise physiology internship at the AIS working with a range of different sports.

 

Erin has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise in 2016 at the University of South Australia. She has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in numerous settings across both metropolitan and regional Australia. This has allowed her to develop a strong and comprehensive skillset working with a broad range of conditions, complex injuries and illness, and demographics.​

 

Erin takes a holistic approach to provide high quality, evidence-based exercise interventions to improve quality of life and functional outcomes for all her clients. Erin truly believes “knowledge is power” and therefore places great value in educating her clients to optimise their long-term health and independence.
