Tyler Pil

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Tyler is a newly graduated Exercise Physiologist (2024) with a strong foundation in sports coaching and a passion for helping individuals of all backgrounds optimise their health and physical performance. Completing his Masters in Exercise Physiology from Deakin University, Tyler is excited to apply knowledge and fresh perspective to create personalised exercise programs that enhance strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Before transitioning to Exercise Physiology, Tyler spent several years as a sports coach, working with athletes of various ages and skill levels to improve technique, endurance, and performance. This experience shaped his ability to motivate and develop structured training plans, which now informs the approach to working with clients of all fitness levels.

​

Passionate about lifelong health, Tyler is dedicated to promoting physical activity for both fitness and mental well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys playing volleyball, basketball and living an active lifestyle aligned with the wellness principles he encourages in clients.
