Kristina Driller

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Kristina is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, and holds a degree in Human Movement with Honours, from the University of Tasmania, graduating in 2006. She furthered her studies in exercise rehabilitation at the University of Ballarat in 2007. Her professional journey began in private practice in Hobart, where she specialized in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and corporate health. In 2014, she relocated to New Zealand and joined the University of Waikato, focusing on high performance and exercise rehabilitation. Her expertise spans injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, complex chronic disease management, ergonomics, and workplace health and safety.

 

Driven by a passion for empowering clients, Kristina emphasizes education and independence in exercise programs. She strives to make movement enjoyable while carefully tailoring exercises to enhance strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Witnessing clients' enhanced quality of life and fitness fuels her dedication. Kristina advocates for viewing exercise as a form of medicine, encouraging its integration into daily routines.
