Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Karley is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2017 at Deakin University and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2020 at Victoria University. Karley has also completed her certification in reformer based Pilates, which she loves to challenge her clients with.

Karley’s main focus around working as an Exercise Physiologist is to help facilitate people to change for the better and see them succeed with their goals. Karley is a firm believer in the saying “exercise is a form of medicine”, as there are so many benefits to a long-term commitment to exercise.

Karley has worked in both the occupational health and private practice settings prior to coming to GRC. She has seen a wide variety of conditions from musculoskeletal pain through to neurological conditions, loving the different challenges each client brings.

Making a difference is a huge part of why I love doing what I do and seeing my clients have a new lease on life is the best feeling in the world.
