Meg Patterson

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Meg is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master’s of Exercise Physiology at Latrobe University Bendigo in 2021. She is also an Accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach (Level 1), which she completed in 2019. Meg moved to Geelong in 2024 for a sea change and brings her experience from gym settings and private practice.

With a passion for exercise participation and helping others, Meg uses exercise as a management strategy for a wide range of conditions, injuries, and illnesses. She believes that exercise is for everyone and should be fun, engaging, and inclusive!

Meg takes a holistic approach to treatment, structuring individualized plans based on evidence-based exercise prescription and education. She aims to empower her clients to improve their health and well-being, providing tools to help them become the best versions of themselves.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys playing netball, travelling, and spending time with friends and family over a coffee.
