Meg Patterson
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Meg is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Exercise Physiology at Latrobe University Bendigo in 2021. Meg is also an Accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning coach (Level 1), which she completed in 2019. Meg has experience working in gym settings and private practice, recently moving from Bendigo to Geelong in 2024 for a sea change.
Meg has combined her interest in exercise participation and helping others into a career she thoroughly enjoys. Meg is passionate about using exercise as a management strategy for a range of conditions, injuries and illnesses. Meg believes exercises is for everyone and should be fun, engaging and inclusive!
Meg is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals. Meg embodies a holistic approach when structuring her client’s individualised treatment plan. Through evidence-based exercise prescription and education, Meg hopes to empower her clients to improve their health and wellbeing, providing them with tools to be the best versions of themselves.
When Meg isn’t at work she enjoys playing netball, travelling to new places and catching up with friends and family for a coffee.
