Sharon Briggs

Accredited Exercise Physiologist 

Sharon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2018 at Deakin University and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Federation University in 2020. 

Sharon is passionate about health and well-being and having the benefits of exercise being accessible for everyone. Previously working in the fitness industry, she became an Exercise Physiologist to combine her skills to deliver an integrated and client-focused approach to deliver exercise physiology within a healthcare setting.  

Sharon can assist in meeting your individual goals and needs by providing personalised treatments, working with you to tailor a plan that will complement and can enhance your daily functional activities, along with improving your fitness and overall well-being. 

 

With Sharon’s skills as an Exercise Physiologist she is able to assist in effective and appropriate treatment, management and education across a range of complex conditions and injuries. Sharon believes exercise is beneficial for the whole body, and it should be a fun and rewarding experience for everyone. 

 

Sharon enjoys keeping active, playing local senior women’s football, running, strength training and being outdoors taking her dog on bush walks and exploring the coast.
