Alisha King

Remedial Massage Therapist & Allied Health Assistant

Alisha is a highly skilled Remedial Massage Therapist with over six years of experience helping clients manage chronic pain, tension, and recovery. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy in 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science from James Cook University (2013).

Alisha takes a client-centered approach, tailoring treatments to individual needs and incorporating personalised massage techniques and take-home exercises for long-term results. Her experience spans athletes, injury rehabilitation, and those managing everyday discomfort.

In addition to her massage work, Alisha has three years of experience as an Allied Health Assistant in the public sector, supporting mobility and independence as people age. She believes that “motion is lotion”—staying active is key to reducing aches and pains.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys bouldering, hiking, and exploring nature. When she’s not adventuring, she loves spending time with family and tending to her veggie garden.
