Adam Stirling

Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Pilates Instructor

Adam is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. He graduated from Victoria University (VU) in 2016 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Clinical Practice), and in 2018, graduated from VU with a Master of Clinical Exercise Science & Rehabilitation. Adam is also trained in reformer pilates.

Adam has a passion for rehabilitation and training in both the athletic and general population as well as helping the everyday person become healthy and active.

Adam enjoys inspiring every individual and giving them the tools and courage to take control of their own health to live better and enhance performance. He is a strong believer in exercise as medicine and has a keen interest in thoroughly exploring the many benefits that exercise can bring.

Adam enjoys being pushed out of his comfort zone, and tries to spend as much of his free time being as active as possible. Adam plays local football and also enjoys golf, tennis and the occasional surf.

  • Exercise Physiology for paediatrics
